Phase I – Entitlement

Comprehensive site investigative research including physical analysis; municipal and governmental analysis; and design, layout, project and budget feasibility.

Phase II – Design

Includes coordination and management of the design process with Owner, Architect, MEP Engineer, Landlord, Corporate Entity (if applicable), FFE Vendors, Municipal and Government Agencies to ensure complete and accurate construction documents.
