Principals
Jim Largay
Jim’s extensive experience provides a varied background across restaurant operations, construction and business development. Beginning in 1988 as a founding partner of Brackman Bros. Bagels, an 11-unit bagel bakery headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah. Jim’s entrepreneurial spirit drove his accomplishments. He achieved continued success as a founding member of Einstein Bros Bagels in 1996. He later moved into full-time construction as founder and president of Red Butte Builders, Inc. He soon combined his restaurant and construction experience as vice president of restaurant development at Noodles & Company in Boulder, Colorado, until founding JWL Management in 2004.
Curtis White
Curtis has over 15 years of experience in restaurant operations and construction. His restaurant experience includes Applebee’s, Bennigan’s, Old Chicago and Noodles & Company. A motivated entrepreneur, Curtis later founded and managed White Construction. He finally combined his restaurant operations and construction experience as construction project manager for Noodles & Company. Most recently, he joined JWL Management as a principal project manager where he will continue expansion of a growing base of regional and national multi-unit restaurant concepts.
